Q: How do I book a flight with - Online Travel Agent Sri Lanka?

A: The Tripsy booking system is easy breezy!

How to Book a Flight
  1. From the HOME page, click here first to select your language and currency
  2. Next click on FLIGHTS
  3. Enter your departure airport here (example: Colombo, Sri Lanka)
  4. Enter your arrival destination here (example: Dubai, UAE)
  5. Enter your expected departure date here
  6. If you are booking a return flight, enter the return date here. If you are booking a one way flight, then leave this box blank
  7. Select the number of passengers and the class of travel of your preference
  8. You can click here to change the language and currency
  9. Click SEARCH, and find the LOWEST fares in the world!
  10. Click on SHOW CALENDAR to open our low fare calendar. If you are flexible with your travel dates you can pick the date with the lowest fare on offer to travel!
  11. You can fine tune your search parameters using various variables here to refine the search results. Give it a try!
  12. Click BOOK when you are ready to book and you will be taken to our partner website to finalize the booking and make the payment

Q: How do I make a Hotel booking?

A: The Tripsy booking system is easy breezy!

How to Book a Hotel
  1. From the HOME page, click here first to select your language and currency
  2. Next click on HOTELS
  3. Enter your city of choice. We can find you a hotel anywhere in the world
  4. Select your expected check-in date
  5. Select your expected check-out date
  6. Select the number of guests. You will be given options based on the number of guests. If you have many guests the system will automatically show you multiple rooms or apartment options with multiple rooms
  7. Click SEARCH to find the lowest rates in town!
  8. Here You can see the rates offered by other partners for the same property. If you are a member of a loyalty program or if you prefer to use a certain brand you can choose to book with that partner here
  9. Click on VIEW ALL ON MAP to view all hotels on a map. Note that this feature only appears when making a booking on the HOTELS page.
  10. You can fine tune your search by selecting various parameters such as the hotel rating, breakfast, WiFi, gym, pool, etc included, or sort the results by POPULAR, DISTANCE TO THE CITY CENTER or PRICE
  11. Once you chose the hotel you like click on BOOK NOW to take you to our partner site to complete the booking and make the payment

Cancellations and changes to a booking

Q: How do I cancel or change my booking and who do I contact to cancel or modify my booking?

A: To cancel or change your booking, it’s always best to speak to the booking site directly.

Q: I can’t remember who I booked with?

A: You can find the travel provider’s name on your confirmation email.

We would love to be able to provide that information to you but since bookings are not made directly with Tripsy, we don’t have access to your booking information. It’s always best to speak to the booking site directly. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for the booking site to send the booking confirmation.

Q: Is there an easy way to track my booking from my correspondence?

A: Yes! Don’t worry. Check out our easy steps below.

  1. Search your email for keywords relating to your planned trip. The booking confirmation may have gone to your spam folder. Let’s check there first. Nothing in there? Ok, then let’s try step 2
  2. If the booking site has already taken your payment, their name may appear next to the outgoing payment on your credit card, PayPal or bank statement. Still nothing? No worries!There are more ways to check. Let’s go to step 3 below
  3. Try checking your internet browser history for the day you booked. The name of the booking site should appear right after “” in your browser history. Need a hand checking your browser history? CLICK here! Nothing? Ok, one more step to go!
  4. Try recreating your original search on Tripsy to match the booking you did (i.e. same destination, same dates, same hotel) and click on what looks familiar.
